Interior and Exterior improvements/renovations
ST. HELENA’S CATHOLIC CHURCH
Built a 77 ½ feet tall steel structure cross on a concrete base. The top halo ring is made of black Academy granite from California the lower panels of the cross are made of polished Carnelian granite from South Dakota. Cross is located upon one of the highest hills in San Antonio.
ST. MARK’S CATHOLIC CHURCH
33,000 sf addition to the church grounds, consists of a standing seam barrel roofed the main sanctuary with exposed steel trusses.
ST.PETER’S CATHOLIC CHURCH
Building of a new 16,000sf Sanctuary. Cleaning and repointing of the existing rock. The exterior of the new sanctuary consists of cut rock, a cast stone masonry system, a standing seam metal roof with glass unit skylights, and intricate windows.
Major renovation and building programs were undertaken by the parish and school. The cafeteria and offices in the school building, along with the library, were divided into classrooms and labs. A library, kindergarten classroom, teacher workroom, religious education office, audio-visual storage room as well as new administration offices, and a multi-purpose hall were added.
