About Project
New construction of 32,000 sqft 2-story building with 2 one-story wings of 12 living quarters for single young mothers. The buildings consist of offices, an elevator, and a commercial laundry room. The exterior started as 85-acres of undeveloped land, the scope consisted of site work, rock excavation, underground utilities of water, storm, fire, sewer, sewer tank system, gas electrical, and data. With the install of a domestic water facility with water well, domestic water tanks, pump house, fire water tank, underground propane system, backup generator system, irrigation well, and underground irrigation tank system. Phase 1 finished off with architectural columns, asphalt driveway, asphalt parking lots, concrete sidewalks, limestone retaining walls, irrigation system, 125 new trees, four large flower beds, courtyard, decorative fence panels, and gates.
