About Project

Complete renovation, in the middle of downtown Austin, of an existing two-story office building with a full basement along with the addition of a new third-story and extension of the first floor. Extensive improvements were made to underground services including gas, water, sewer, and electrical services.  Electrical work including construction of new 400 square foot electrical vault for Austin Energy.  Site work included streetscape work, installation of new sidewalk lighting, benches, bike racks, etc. as required by the University Neighborhood Overlay District.  Work also included the relocation of the City of Austin domestic water, stormwater, and sanitary sewer mains, as well as new electrical service, lighting, sidewalks, curb and gutter, and new asphalt surface of an off-site parking lot.
