About Project

City Hall:
45,000 sqft interior restoration of plaster walls & ceilings, terrazzo floors, cork flooring, wood base, chair rail, picture frame, doors, transoms & casework. All new MEP, fire alarm, fire suppression & IT system upgrades.

Library
22,000 sqft renovation including a new mezzanine allowing for additional offices that would serve as the city’s new planning & development departments.

Both buildings have new roofs, masonry repointing waterproofing, new windows, utilities, and site improvements.
